Experience a personalized trip in an off-road vehicle. This journey will take you to Issyk Lake, Turgen Gorge, Bear Waterfall, and the Assy Observatory.
Issyk Lake is situated in the scenic Issyk Gorge, about 80 km from Almaty, accessible via a winding road with stunning views.The lake's beauty is reminiscent of Big Almaty Lake.
The Bear Waterfall, a charming spot in Turgen Gorge, requires just a 30-minute hike to reach. There’s also the Kairak Waterfall in the gorge, which takes around 4 hours to hike to.
Finally, the Assy Observatory, perched at 2,750 meters, offers breathtaking vistas and is a place you won’t want to leave.

Itinerary:
- 1. Departure from Almaty In the morning, your driver will pick you up from your specified location for the trip to Issyk Lake (85 km, approximately 1.5 hours).
- 2. Arrival at Lake Issyk Once you arrive, you'll enjoy a 2-hour walking tour around the lake.
- 3. Journey to Turgen Gorge After exploring Lake Issyk, you’ll head to Turgen Gorge to visit the waterfall (30 km, about 1 hour). Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a 2-hour trek covering 2 km.
- 4. Visit to Assy Observatory Next, you’ll travel to the Assy Observatory (15 km, approximately 1 hour). There, you’ll enjoy a 2-hour walking tour and have a picnic lunch.
- 5. Return to Almaty Following your visit to Assy, you’ll make your way back to Almaty (110 km, roughly 2.5 hours). Your driver will drop you off at your designated address.
