Itinerary (14 hours):
- Route: Almaty / Charyn Canyon / Kaindy Lake / Saty / Kolsai Lake / Almaty
- 5 a.m. Meet your guide at your hotel and depart. The drive to Charyn Canyon takes about 2.5 hours.
- 7:30 a.m. Enjoy dawn with a cup of tea or coffee while taking in the views of Castle Valley. Your guide will share stories about the canyon and show you the best photo spots, allowing time to explore away from the crowds.
- 10 a.m. Depart for Kaindy Lake, a 2-hour drive from Charyn Canyon. We’ll explore three scenic spots around the lake.
- 2 p.m. Savor a traditional Kazakh meal with a local family in Saty village.
- 3 p.m. After lunch, we head to Kolsai Lakes. Your guide will share insights about this natural wonder. Enjoy 2 hours of free time, with options to rent a boat or ride a horse.
- 5 p.m. Return to Almaty, a 4-hour drive, with a stop in Baiseit village.
- 10 p.m. Your guide will drop you off at your hotel or another convenient location.
